How we charge you
Although we offer a multitude of options for your fleet, you only pay for what you use. You tell us how many drivers you want for each subscription and we sort it - you can be selective! This is super helpful for mixed fleets, meaning you can create the plan to meet your fleet’s needs.

For each subscription you add to your plan, you will pay:
A flat monthly fee
What the drivers spend on charging or transactions
…and that's it - no hidden prices!
The only exception is the fleet card including:
A small % on the monthly spend
Visa cards
We have two card options to cover all fleet needs - from open to closed loop payments systems. Anything your drivers need on the go, we’ve got them covered. Even if you have drivers across both payment options, all spend will be reviewed in one sleek platform.
Fleet card
For all fuel spend across the UK and restricted payments for vehicle related spend.
Cost: £2.50 per driver per month
Additional fees: 0.5% of the monthly spend

Payments card
Almost like a credit card for your drivers. Visa-back payments card for all on-the-go spending.
Cost: £9.50 per driver per month

Public charging
With a free card for every driver, and access to the Electroverse network of over 1.3M chargers, your drivers can plug in almost anywhere. With consolidated billing and powerful analytics, tracking driver charging habits and spend is super simple.
Cost: £4.50 per driver per month

Salary Sacrifice - an add-on to those under salary sacrifice, allowing for savings up to 40% off public charging costs, and a reduction in National Insurance contributions. Simplified under Octopus Fleet, all costs are consolidated under the fleet management system.
